Admission Process
A clear, step-by-step pathway from application to your first day of study in Malta. Non-EU students receive dedicated visa guidance at every stage.
Prospective students must submit their admission application within the designated period — typically six months to nine weeks before the intake. Applications received outside this window may not be considered for the intended semester.
Once all submitted documents have been verified and found to meet institutional and regulatory standards — particularly the academic qualification — the student receives an official Offer Letter. This marks the first formal step toward enrolment and confirms that the applicant meets the entry requirements for the selected programme.
To demonstrate academic commitment and genuine intent to study in Malta, the student pays the first tuition instalment exclusively via bank transfer to the College's official account.
- Secures the student's place in the programme
- Strengthens the Visa D application (non-EU students) as proof of financial readiness and serious academic intent
Following receipt of payment, the following essential documents are issued:
At this stage, the College provides personalised training and guidance to assist the student in preparing for the visa interview — including document preparation, interview coaching, and regulatory compliance support.
Upon approval of the National Visa (Type D), the student completes the remaining tuition balance and receives a Travel Letter authorising travel to Malta — marking the official beginning of the academic journey.
The student receives the academic calendar, their Student ID card, and credentials to access the Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) — officially beginning their programme in Malta.

This support reflects our strong collaboration with industry and research institutions, aimed at investing in talented students and future professionals. We carefully select students based on both academic qualifications and strong personal motivation.
Our admissions process evaluates not only prior education and relevant experience, but also the candidate’s commitment, career goals, and genuine interest in the field. We aim to admit highly motivated individuals who demonstrate the potential to benefit from the programme and to contribute meaningfully to the academic community and their future professional sectors, with the ultimate goal of improving the quality of life and outcomes for individuals, groups, and organisations". Guidance on Tuition Fee Payments and Letters of Acceptance
Applicants are encouraged to ensure that any tuition fee payments made in connection with their application are processed through traceable and verifiable banking channels, in line with principles of transparency and good governance. It is acknowledged that admission and payment practices may vary across licensed Higher Education Institutions. In accordance with its institutional policies and risk-based admission framework, the institution requires payment of a deposit (comprising the admission fee and the first instalment of tuition fees) in order to issue the Unconditional Letter of Admission. This measure forms part of enhanced safeguards designed to support the assessment of the genuineness of the intended study path and the applicant’s commitment to the proposed programme of study. In the event of a visa refusal, tuition fees will be refunded in accordance with the refund and cancellation policy published by the institution and the applicable licence conditions, thereby safeguarding students’ interests and the integrity of the international education sector in Malta.
