HOW DO I APPLY
ONLINE APPLICATION PROCESS
01 Application Submission
Prospective students must submit their admission application within the designated period, typically ranging from six months to a nine weeks before the intake. Applications received outside this period may not be considered for the intended semester.
02 Conditional Offer Letter
Once all submitted documents have been verified and found to meet institutional and regulatory standards—particularly the
academic qualification —the student will receive an official
Offer Letter.
This letter marks the first formal step toward enrolment and confirms that the applicant meets the entry requirements for the selected programme.
03 Tuition Fee and Enrolment
To demonstrate both academic commitment and genuine intent to pursue studies in Malta, the student is required to pay the
first tuition instalment, made
exclusively via bank transfer to the College’s official account.
This payment:
- Secures the student’s place in the programme; and
- Strengthens the Visa D application (non-EU students), as proof of payment reflects financial readiness and serious academic intent. Following receipt of payment, the student will be issued the following essential documents:
- Letter of Acceptance (LOA)
- Proof of Tuition or Course Fee Payment
04 Visa Preparation (only for non-Eu students)
At this stage, the College provides personalized training and guidance to assist the student in preparing interview
05 Visa Approval
(only for non-EU students)
Upon approval of the National Visa (Type D), the student completes the remaining tuition balance and receives a Travel Letter, which authorizes travel to Malta and marks the official beginning of the student’s academic journey.
06 Start Academic Journey
The student receives his identity student card and credentials to access the VLE and starts attending the programme.
